This will take up to 1 ½ hours depending on how well you know what you want for your wedding. Don’t worry if you have no idea. That’s what i’m here for, to help you realise your dream wedding.
There will also be on going communication throughout  planning process.

• Budget Planning

We need to sit down and work out an estimated cost you are willing to pay for your wedding, and determine which areas you’d like to spend it in. It is my job to stay within that budget, or recommend changes to your wedding plans to help suit your budget, and needs. We are able to satisfy all budgets.

• Wedding dress & Accessories

This is such an important part of the wedding for every bride to be. Imagine yourself in a dress so exquisite that everyone’s head turns as you walk gracefully down that isle. I can help you find that magical gown you need. This is your time to shine!

• Selecting and booking a Marriage celebrant

Your wedding ceremony is very personal. So it’s important to choose a celebrant right for you.

• Ceremony & Reception venues

The style of ceremony you choose will have great significance and meaning to both of you. We need to inspire to create a ceremony and reception that reflects your personality, and feelings. After all you want this to be a celebration you’ll never forget. 

• Catering, Menu’s & Cake

As a wedding planner it is my responsibility to help you create a feast to remember, whether it’s a full sit down meal or snack buffet.

Your wedding cake is one of the focal points of your reception. You will want to make sure your cake looks and tastes spectacular.

• Stationary, Guest book & Gifts for Bridal party.

Your invitations  will announce your wedding Day  to your guests. They set the mood and tone of your wedding Day.  I will co-ordinate design, ordering and mailing of invitations.

Your gifts to the guests will show your appreciation and good wishes for them.

We will help you finalise your guest list, and manage  the entire invitation process. We’ll provide a timeline to which will let you know when the invitations will be sent, RSVP dates and final number dates etc.
I will also organise those personalised gifts to say thank you to your attendants for their contribution on your special day.

• Groom & Groomsmen Attire

Your wedding day is for both of you and the grooms appearance is just as important as his bride to be. Whether you want formal, informal, classic or contemporary, Tux or Tails the groom must look his absolute very best.

• Bridesmaid Attire and acessories

The Bridesmaids dress should compliment your own. I look forward to helping you find the perfect style of dress for your attendants. There are so many wonderful dresses for you to decide upon whether they are hired, made, or purchased.

• Hair & Beauty

All eyes are going to be on you. I will help you look your absolute best, by researching your preferences and finding you a hair dresser and beauty therapist that will transform you into a princess. Trials are the best way to see firsthand, and experiment your different styles.

• Flowers

Nothing adds colour and personality to your wedding like fresh flowers. I will help you select your style and shape of your bouquet, as well as oversee every single flower you have for decorations button holes for bridal party and family members etc.

• Photography & Videography

This is one of the most important decisions you will make in the event of planning your wedding. You relive your special day through the photo’s that are taken. It is such a big part of the wedding industry that prices are competitive. You can rely on us to find the best at the best price for you. Nothing captures the magic of your wedding day like a perfect photo.

• Music & Entertainment

Don’t under estimate the importance of music and entertainment. It is often the talking point of the wedding. I will help you with absolutely everything from the piece that plays while you walk down the aisle to the live band at the reception. Alternate styles of entertainment also make a difference, and can give a WOW factor in your day such as fire dancers, magicians chocolate fountain, ice sculptures and so much more.

• Theme & Decorations

Colour, texture, lighting, fabrics, flowers, candles, ice sculptures...can all work together to create a scene that will take your guests breath away. Your budget doesn’t have to go into deficit to make this happen. I will make this happen for you, and create an enchanting effect for your wedding day.

• Transport

Together we will sit down, organise who is travelling in the wedding party, parents of both sides, yourselves etc, and work out required seating. We will then write a plan for the entire Bridal party to allow for each persons arrival and departure for the ceremony and reception, in which ever style of transport you desire.

• Rehearsal over site

A rehearsal is always a great idea. You should to hold it about 1-2 weeks before the wedding date. This allows for any changes you may want to make, or any fine tuning. By the end of the rehearsal all members of the Bridal party will know exactly what to do and when. It is also nice to finish the night with a dinner.

• Bucks party & Hen’s night

I will help you co-ordinate your last potential night out with the girls and guys before you get married.  Your Hen’s night & Buck’s party should reflect your personality, and be an unforgetable night..

• Honeymoon

It’s now time to completely focus on each other as you dream of your future together. I will completely arrange everything, all you have to do now is RELAX

• Any other special requests

I can do absolutely anything else you need or want, including locating, flights and/or accommodation for out of town guests etc.
